{Family Scriptures & Prayer}

My Book of Mormon Storybook as told and illustrated by Laura Lee Rostrom......this is a great book to get the younger ones to learn information about the Book of Mormon. We have been reading this in the evenings right before we have family prayer and send the boys to bed. It's been really nice teaching them and learning with them. :-) We all enjoy the way The Mr reads stories. I love watching them all curled up....

PS-I was on the phone with Amanda while The Mr was reading (I know, bad Mommy) & she MADE me take this picture of them cuz she thought it was so cute when I told her what we were doing. :-) Love you Amanda!!! Thank you for reminding me that I want to take pictures so that I can remember these wonderful memories. :-)

This is one of the songs that is on SingStar...and both boys wanted it on their mp3 players...and I caught The Mr and Mr E curled up on the couch singing this song together. :-)

{Masterpiece}

We kept hearing Mr T talking about his masterpiece...and we thought it was SO cute that he was saying the word masterpiece...and we couldn't really place where he had picked it up from....so The Mr was talking to him while he was playing with his Leapster....and it says "you can make a masterpiece" or something really close to that. :-) So now we know where he got the word from. lol And he runs up to us and tells us to look at his masterpiece! lol

{Awkward}

Starting with Amanda....she LOVES the soap that we have in our downstairs bathroom...it's Irresistible Apple by Bath & Body Works...and everytime she washes her hands she says they smell so good she could eat them. So, Mr A washed his hands and asked me to smell them cuz they smell so good....and he says "I could eat them....weird.." and Mr E pipes in with, "That's not weird...it's awkward"

After the stairs were all done Little Mr kept crawling up them. lol And I was asking him where he was going, and he would turn around, smile, and wave bye-bye to us. lol
Aren't his jammies too cute? They are so soft too! I got these at goodwill for 1.99!! And they look brand new!!! Love it! :-)

{My Stairs}

I don't know why....but I love shampooing my carpets. Maybe it's just that fresh, clean look and feeling. I really needed to get the stairs done though. I usually spot clean when something happens, but the past couple days must have been 'lets make a mess' days. So, I got out my Bissell Little Green....I love that thing!!! :-) And got to work! lol

{Fun Nails}

Just thought I'd show you how cute my nails turned out. lol I painted my toe nails to match too! :-) It's a shame you can't really see my ring.....I love it....it's a CTR ring, and it's so girly and pretty. The Mr got it for me when we took a visit with the boys to the Raleigh Temple, in North Carolina when he got back from his second tour. :-) He got a really cool one for himself too. :-)

{Tired Boy}

Mr T hasn't been going down for an actual nap for a while now......much to my dismay....but on the days that he's tired he'll just pass out in the evening. While I was cooking dinner I came into the living room for something and this is how I found him. :-) He'll be laughing, talking, and playing one min....and then he's quite and I find him passed out. lol He's so sweet curled up like that. I had to snap a picture. :-)

{Mmmmm....Good}

I was eating a yogurt, and Little Mr looked interested. Sometimes he is and sometimes he isn't. As cutely chubby this little boy is.....he's really picky about what he eats...especially if he can't feed it to himself. lol So I was sharing mine with him and he was leaning towards me to get more, and he says "Mmmmmm.....Good" lol CUTE!!!

How do you cheat with a wish bone? This is a very good question....and leave it up to Mr A to be the one doing this! lol After they heard 'Go'.....Mr A reaches over with his thumb and breaks it so that his is the bigger one! Yupp.....I am not suprised that it was Mr A that thought of this! lol :-)

{Bad Guy Game}

This is said while he's already completely unplugged the gamecube and is dragging all of it down the stairs....well most of it.

The Mrs: I don't want you to play it down here....
Mr T: Peeze?? (please)
The Mrs: Well, you need the cable to plug it into the wall.

The Mrs: Lets go find it upstairs...

He is growing up so much. It is just cute the things he says and the way he says them. I am such a sucker for his peez :-)

{AppleSauce}

I also made homemade applesauce! :-) It is really yummy & really easy to make! :-) I have LOTS of memories around my Oma's homemade applesauce. :-)

{SplitPea Soup}

For Christmas Eve dinner, my mom made a ham....yummy....so I asked her if I could have the ham bone when she was done with it. :-) I LOVE homemade splitpea soup!!! :-) This is a picture while it was still cooking (cuz I was able to get the camera on for a few mins lol) It was SOOOO yummy!!! ALL of us enjoyed it! The Mr and I like it so I knew that wasn't a problem....but you know how it is with kids....one min they like something the next they don't, :-) So imagine my suprize when ALL of our kids ate some for dinner. :-) Not too bad if I saw so myself :-)

{Sing...Baby...Sing}

Last night we had our friends, Billy & Kacy, over and their four kids too....We love hanging out all together. :-) We are very grateful to have friends like Billy & Kacy. :-)
Well, we got the SingStar game for Christmas....and all of our children LOVE to play it when they are hanging out.....I have to admit it's pretty cute to watch them all sing, and even dance! :-) We play this game as a family too.....if you haven't tried it....it's a blast! :-) Right Amanda?!? lol
So last night they were all singing and dancing their hearts out.....since we have four disks now (Thank You Amanda!)...it's pretty easy to do.....and Little Mr got ahold of one of the mics, and he put it up to his mouth and started making noises in it! TOO CUTE FOR WORDS!!! :-) And this morning he was doing it again! lol
